    Lunch on Us is La Casa Cultural Latina’s signature educational and community-building series, held on select Thursdays throughout the academic year and open to all University of Illinois students. Over a free lunch, students participate in meaningful conversations, interactive workshops, panel discussions, and presentations led by campus and community partners.

This presentation will discuss advances in understanding the empowerment of women farmers and addressing their needs. Ruth Meinzen-Dick is a Research Fellow Emeritus at the International Food Policy Research Institute.
