We will practice a form of ‘Zen’ drawing using patterns in a relaxed focused state of mind. You do not have to be an artist to take this class!!     On Wednesdays, the ILC offers a workshop series open to all UIUC students. Students can participate in any of the workshops whenever the workshop is being offered. All workshops are held at the Illinois Leadership Center (290 Illini Union) unless otherwise noted.

    Allerton provides the perfect setting to relax and unwind, while strengthening your mind, body, and spirit. All levels are welcome for this donation-based class, focusing on waking up the body. Instructor Josie Heck from Yoga Off the Square will lead students through strength poses that can be done at their own level, and end with cooling postures for the nervous system.
