Expand your ability to work with different groups and develop a solid foundation in intercultural communications. Dr. Camaya Wallace Bechard and Karena LaPlace of Illinois Extension will conduct this interactive workshop for Illini Union staff.

In this training, participants will gain essential knowledge and resources to enhance campus safety. They will learn how to address various concerns and make appropriate referrals, covering topics such as mental health, safety resources, and threat assessment.

University of Illinois System HR will host another online retirement planning conference. Speakers will include Deb Stone of Illinois HR (IHR) and representatives from both SURS and University Payroll & Benefits (UPB). Topics will include Retirement Steps, Timeline, and Benefits.

This live Training Session for Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP) initial certification will be held in Microsoft Teams. You can attend through Teams on your phone, on your computer or by using one of the two HR computers outside room 221.

This event will include a refresher on the timeline for the current evaluation process as well as the use of self-assessments.

The Racial Justice Allies and Advocates Training program is designed to provide staff with a core awareness of racism and its role in interpersonal relationships, as well as empower staff to elevate the voices of underrepresented populations at the University of Illinois. This is the second of two sessions.
