This will be a professional development session for supervisors and senior managers from across Illini Union. Participants will discuss how to evaluate non-exempt employees during this session. Coverage will include a refresher on the timeline for the current evaluation process as well as the use of self-assessments in the evaluation process. 

This hybrid-format PD session is part of the Illini Union Supervisor Series.
