Rest Lab 10: Path explores movement as a form of reflection and rest. A winding path invites visitors to explore the meditative and therapeutic potential of movement through their own pace and sensory experience. The exhibition foregrounds the experience of moving itself, proposing rest as an active and adaptive process shaped by bodies, environments, and individual needs.

Calling all new and returning students! Kick off the school year and celebrate Krannert Art Museum’s newest exhibitions at KAM Fest. Visit the museum from 12–3:30 pm on Tuesday, Aug 25, to pick up your free welcome kit and participate in fun art activities. Pack your own Rest Lab care package and try printmaking with the Noble Print Club. Light snacks provided.

Centering Clay highlights the American Studio Ceramics movement (1940s–1970s) when individual potters shifted from factories and industrial ceramics production to personal studios where they could freely experiment with materials and develop their own techniques and glazes. A selection of artists includes Katherine Choy, Donald Frith, Marvin Lipofsky, and Jerry Rothman.

Celebrate opening night of Centering Clay: Connection and Innovation in American Studio Ceramics and meet our new director Stephanie Smith. Enjoy new exhibitions, live music by Ther'Up.Y, and a dance party in the galleries with DJ KamauMau. Parking nearby is free after 5 pm. The museum is free and open to everyone.

Started in 1994, Asiantation is an orientation program that welcomes first-year, transfer, and new graduate students to the Asian and Asian American campus community and resources. Asiantation celebrates the new academic year with campus partners, RSOs, and performances in partnership with the AACC.
