Talent Manager for the University of Illinois Research Park, Bryan Goode, shares what employers actually welcome after a career fair. Learn simple, business-development inspired tactics from a former professional recruiter for warm outreach, timing, and micro-asks that keep you memorable without being overlooked or annoying. Walk away with ready-to-use templates and a light tracking system that turns quick chats into real opportunities.

If you have any questions, please contact Bryan Goode at bdgoode@illinois.edu
