Our keynote speaker, Mr. Matt Ballinger, brings a unique perspective shaped by his military service as a U.S. Army Ranger and nearly two decades of law enforcement leadership. His experiences, both in protecting our campus community and serving the wider Champaign-Urbana area, make his insights particularly valuable.
