Join Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) Harlee Sorkin on Wednesday, May 8, from 12:00 to 1:00 PM for a lunchtime talk on managing organizational debt in your startup.

Organization debt is the sum of all the compromises startup founders and employees make in the early days to survive.  This includes accepting technical shortcuts, personnel & infrastructure weaknesses, and even personal shortcomings to move forward. Longtime EIR Harlee Sorkin will define organizational debt and how to address it. No matter the stage of your startup, this talk will be helpful to any founder, CEO, or employee.

All Research Park events are free; however, registration is required to ensure that we have adequate seating and food for all participants: https://forms.illinois.edu/sec/84753212
