University of Illinois Web Conference Workshops
Workshop description: Join Charlotte Peloquin from the Office of Strategic Communications and Marketing in a workshop that offers a comprehensive guide to understanding and implementing essential communication strategies--tailored specifically for working with designers. Whether you work closely with in-house designers or need to partner with external services, this workshop will help you gain insight into the terminology and concepts commonly used in the design field. Discover how to articulate project goals, objectives, and vision in a manner that resonates with designers, ensuring alignment and clarity from the start. Lastly, learn how to provide constructive feedback that promotes effective collaboration within your organization. You will leave equipped with essential communication skills to enhance your workflows with designers.

This workshop is in efforts to promote the new Illinois brand platform. Be sure to check out the Brand Experts Program, a professional development opportunity for campus marketers and communicators to learn how to implement the Illinois brand. You can visit the StratCom website to register for additional workshops.
