The In Focus program is designed to address concerns students with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and ADHD-like symptoms commonly have. This 4-week series is typically offered throughout the fall and spring semesters. This program is open to all Illinois students—you do not need to be a current client of the Counseling Center.

This series is interactive and gives students practical tips for improving focus. We’ll cover:

  • Goal Setting
  • Procrastination
  • Time Management
  • Stress Management and Self-Care

In Focus will be offered once in person for Fall 2023. It begins on Friday, October 6 and will also meet October 13, 20, and 27. All meetings are from 2 to 3:30 p.m. and will be held in Mumford Hall. Onc you register, you'll get more specific information.
