The International Student Entrepreneurship Workshop helps international students understand policies and requirements for pursuing entrepreneurship and starting a business in the United States.

Matthew Meltzer, an Immigration Attorney from Meltzer Hellrung, LLC will speak and answer questions. Meltzer works with entrepreneurs, focused on employment-based immigration. He has filed over 1500 related petitions in numerous visa categories, including: B-1, E-2, F-1, H-1B, H-2A, H-2B, H-3, I, L-1, O-1, P-1, P-3, and TN. He advises companies regarding employee hiring and I-9 compliance, reorganizations and mergers, and government inspections.

A representative from the International Student Scholar Services (ISSS) office will also be there to answer questions.
