Join us on Wednesday, October 21 from 12-1PM to hear from a panel of women who have succeeded in receiving SBIR funding. This panel will be moderated by Anna Lisa Somera, SBIR/STTR grant consultant. Panelists will include:

  • Nina Kshetry, Ensaras
  • Becky Fuller, Bass Insight
  • Debashree Mukherjea, Novear Therapeutics

Since the inception of the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs, tens of billions of dollars have been awarded to over 100,000 small businesses. Unfortunately, women-owned organizations make up only a small fraction of companies that receive SBIR and STTR awards. For this workshop, we will hear from a panel of women who have succeeded in receiving SBIR funding. We will discuss the challenges they faced as well as learn from the best practices they discovered.

To join our virtual event, please register here.

This event is part of SBIR Week in the Midwest. For more information on SBIR Week in the Midwest, click here.
