Join us on Thursday, October 6 from 12:00-1:00 PM for an EIR Workshop on Venture capital. Investor Dennis Beard breaks down how venture capital works in this high-level overview of startup fundraising. This workshop will be a primer on VC and Angel security forms (preferred shares, common shares, convertible notes, and SAFEs) and how the choices early on can have a big impact on the cap table and future fundraising.
