This one-hour online presentation is aimed at campus IT Pros and phone coordinators. We will begin by exploring the Teams Phones interface, management of Contacts, Calls, and Voicemail. We will take a look at the enhancements to Presence status upgrade and Phone settings. We will finish up by sharing process information and support resources.

In this 2-hour online workshop we will explore the Visio interface and create graphics. Visio comes with diagram-specific shapes and tools that enable you to quickly create professional-looking flowcharts, organization charts, timelines, & more. We will learn how to create some basic shapes, and connect, distribute, and align them with Auto-connect. Register by 8 for link.

This 2 hour Outlook Calendar live workshop, participants will learn to schedule & edit appointments; work with calendar labels and tasks displayed on the Calendar. We will schedule with the Scheduling Assistant, practice scheduling a conference room, and discuss scheduling Online Meetings, and discuss calendar permissions. Link sent if registered by 8 am

In this 2-hour online course you will learn how to add, divide, multiply, and subtract by entering formulas into Excel worksheets. Other topics will include an exploration of just a few of the hundreds of functions available in Excel. We will learn how to find a specific function, as well as how to get help while entering arguments.

Jennifer Hain Teper, the Library's Head of Preservation, will present an overview of the typical AV and digital formats such as mix-tapes, VHS recordings and iPhone photos, that many consider valuable and will present basic steps that people can take towards better preservation strategies to ensure that you will be able to continue access to these materials in the future.

We will reflect on the material we have learned over the previous sessions, and leverage it to build an inclusive research team that gets the best out of everybody. These sessions have helped us develop some of the interpersonal skills needed to handle problematic encounters, carve out spaces for ourselves, and build more just systems on a small scale.

In this 2-hour online workshop, you will learn how to select data in an Excel worksheet and work with Chart tools to customize the chart type, chart layout, and chart style that best represents the selected data. Once the chart is exactly the way you want it, we will learn how to save it as a template to use again.

This 2-hour online workshop introduces the Access query object. Topics include working in design view; creating a simple query by adding and removing fields and adding criterion. We will create multi-table queries; calculated fields and set field properties; explore a totals query, parameter query, and action queries.
