Join a Campus Recreation Yoga instructor for a Hatha/Meditation class focusing on held postures and breathing exercises that bring peace to the mind and body to allow for improved meditation.
This workshop will teach you mindfulness skills, how to manage stress, and identify what's most important to you. This is specifically connected to post-pandemic times.
