Alena Levina is a Moscow-based artist, activist, feminist and queer painter and designer. She is co-founder of the collective "Inva-Girl," a collective focusing on the topics of women, disability, and feminism and is the first gathering of its kind in Russia that is entirely dedicated to women and disabilities. Recently, Levina has participated in the "Nonconform" virtual residency program at Indiana University Bloomington that brought together six artists -- three from Russia and three from the U.S. -- to create new artworks exploring what "nonconformism" means today. Levina is currently the inclusion specialist for the Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow and is working as a consultant with "ProfessionART," a professionalization program for artists with disabilitie sfrom the U.S. and Russia.

Anna Shulik is a sound artist and disability rights activist working alongside Levina on the "ProfessionART" program. A founding member of feminist musical trio ONA, Shulik pens pieces about the lived experience of women in Russia and has performed at venues such as the Punk Rock Feminist festival in Upsex in 2018.
