- This workshop is for supervisors and senior managers from across Illini Union. During this session, we'll discuss how to evaluate non-exempt employees. Please note that a separate session will be held on evaluating exempt employees.
This event will include a refresher on the timeline for the current evaluation process as well as evaluation forms, evaluation meetings and the use of self-assessments.This hybrid-format workshop is part of the Illini Union Supervisor Series.
