Illini Union Staff Training & Development

IHR-ELOE is now accepting applications for the June 9 through 12 cohort of Crucial Conversations Training, which teaches skills on how to effectively turn disagreement into dialogue. 

This course would be appropriate for a wide range of roles, including those who: 

• provide customer service
• participate in public engagement, outreach, and/or student success initiatives
• supervise or manage others
• serve in leadership roles
• lead projects, committees, or working groups
• work in healthcare settings
• manage conflict

Trainers are fellow University of Illinois employees certified by Crucial Learning to teach this course. 

This training costs $350 per participant and will be conducted over 4 days in-person from 8.30 am to 12.00 pm. Space is limited and offered on a first-come-first-served basis.
