This in-person workshop will be hands-on and participants will engage with one another through insightful, interactivities activities. Leading & Influencing Teams is one of the workshops from the Illini Union Supervisor Series.

All Illini Union staff are encouraged to attend this event and both new and experienced supervisors are especially welcome.
