A hands-on workshop where participants engage with one another through fun, insightful activities and interactive discussions. Explore the leadership skills necessary for success as a supervisor and gain real insight into your own leadership style. Then, discover effective techniques for influencing coworkers at different levels. 

Leading & Influencing Teams is one of the workshops that make up the Illini Union Supervisor Series. This session will take place in person at Illini Union.

All Illini Union staff are encouraged to attend this workshop and both new and experienced supervisors are especially welcome.
