Attendees at the fifth annual Student Success Symposium will learn about the Urbana-Champaign campus' latest initiatives to bolster retention and graduation rates, close equity gaps, and enhance the Illinois experience for our students.
This year's symposium will feature Dr. Allison Calhoun-Brown, senior vice president for student success and chief enrollment officer at Georgia State University, as the keynote speaker. Her keynote address, Making the University Work for All Students: Expanding Access and Eliminating Barriers, will explore how institutions can create equitable pathways to achievement for every student. In addition, there will be various break-out sessions throughout the day.
Don’t miss this opportunity to engage with other faculty, staff, and students to think critically about student success and to identify strengths, gaps, and priorities for our university.
Register by January 22 in order to attend this symposium. Illini Union staff are asked to confirm their availability with their supervisors, if necessary.
