Welcome to the Training & Development calendar for Illini Union staff.
From FY 2026, certain supervisors who report to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) will be developing 1 or 2 of the ACUI’s Core Competencies. This initiative will involve the use of certain ACUI rubrics for performance evaluations as well as new training.
