Illini Union Staff Training & Development

Illinois Orientation for New Employees introduces new and existing staff to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Academic Professional and Civil Service staff will become familiar with the history, culture, mission, and future direction of the University. Onboarding tips and campus safety information, along with a broad overview of policies, programs, and services available to staff for personal and professional development, will be provided.

The program will be approximately 3 hours in length. If you wish to attend this training event, please register for it through the Ability LMS web site https://uillinois.abilitylms.com/ (under Human Resources courses) or by contacting IHR directly. If necessary, please obtain your supervisor's permission to attend this training, in advance.
