The Leading & Influencing Teams workshop is one of the training events featured in the Illini Union Supervisor Series. It will take place in person at Illini Union.
We will explore the essential leadership skills necessary for success as a supervisor. This workshop will be hands-on and participants will interact with one another as they gain insights into their personal leadership styles. The workshop will also include practical activities on effectively influencing coworkers.
All Illini Union staff are encouraged to attend this training and both new and experienced supervisors are especially welcome. A laptop or smartphone is needed for the online assessments that form part of this training.
No advance registration is required. However, if you wish to attend this training, please obtain advance approval from your supervisor, if necessary.
