The New Employee Orientation (NEO) will be held in person.
At this training event, recent new hires will be introduced to one another and some members of Illini Union's Senior Leadership Team.
We will cover a number of important topics including the structure of the University and Student Affairs, the leadership of Illini Union, workplace rules and expectations at Illini Union and the University, payroll and benefits, training and development and staying safe.
This orientation is intended for full-time employees of Illini Union. Advanced registration is not needed for this event, although any one wishing to attend is asked to obtain supervisor permission to attend, if necessary.
