If you wish to attend this training, please approach your supervisor. Attendance will be taken automatically, and so would you please attend the full session in order to receive credit. The PowerPoint slides and unit ECP plan for this training are attached to the Teams invitation. A copy of the blank Hepatitis B Vaccination Declination or Request Form is also available in Teams.

After taking this Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP) training, you will also need to submit your completed Hepatitis B Vaccination Declination or Request Form at Illini Union room 229 or through:
