AI is changing how work gets done — and facilities management is no exception. But most facilities professionals haven't had a practical, hands-on way to get started.
AI in Facilities: 101 is a four-session training program built specifically for educational facilities professionals. No prior AI experience required. Bring your own AI tool (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar) and work through real facilities scenarios — drafting executive communications, reviewing service contracts, modeling energy data, and prioritizing deferred maintenance.
Sample data will be provided for exercises. You'll also complete a capstone project applying AI to an actual task from your job — something you can use the day you finish.
Every exercise uses the kind of work you already do. No lectures. No theory. Just practice.
