Allerton provides the perfect setting to relax, unwind, and reconnect with your body and spirit. All levels are welcome for this donation-based class in Allerton’s picturesque library. Josie from Yoga Off the Square will lead students through strengthening poses and breath work designed to invigorate the body and mind while resetting the nervous system to a balanced state. Space is limited and registration is required.
Community classes are donation-based to help support the Park and public programs. Make your gift in-person or online here.
We encourage you to bring your own mat. Limited mats will be provided on a first come basis. Please provide at least 6 feet distance from others.
