Center for Innovation in Teaching & Learning

You are going to want students to remember your course material. Maybe remembering the material is good for its own sake, or maybe remembering is mostly a pre-requisite for doing something more complicated, like applying or evaluating the material. Either way, your students are going to do a lot better if they remember the stuff.

In this workshop, we'll explore the basics of learning and memory, and identify what we can do as teachers to help our students learn and remember course material.

This workshop counts towards the Graduate Teacher Certificate or the Certificate in Foundations of Teaching.
