In observance of Trans* Awareness Week and Trans* Day of Remembrance, the Queers & Allies (Q&A) Outreach Team at the Counseling Center will provide a workshop on self-care for queer and trans* students. The workshop will explore self-care tips and practices, affirmations, and fostering self-compassion. Please join Q&A on 11/22 at 4 pm to discuss queer and trans* self-care and wellness.
