This is a 90-minute expedition where the practice will start with gentle yoga, flowing into a sound bath journey, and closing the session with self-reflection journaling.
For a comfortable experience, we suggest bringing a blanket or extra layers for warmth, along with a water bottle and journal. Registration is required.
