To assist students in developing awareness for when the desire to be perfect may actually be more harmful than positive and build strategies for challenging perfectionistic thoughts and behaviors, the Counseling Center is now offering a series on perfectionism.
For Fall 2019, the Perfectionism series will be offered on Monday, October 28, November 4, and November 11 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. We encourage you to attend as many sessions as your schedule allows. Be sure to register soon- these workshops have a limited number of seats available.
For more information about the Perfectionism workshop, please contact Dr. Jiyun Kang or Dr. Patricia Ricketts. You may also find the Counseling Center's Perfectionism brochure helpful.
