The In Focus program is designed to address concerns students with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and ADHD-like symptoms commonly have. This 4-week series is typically offered throughout the fall and spring semesters. This program is open to all Illinois students—you do not need to be a current client of the Counseling Center.
This series is interactive and gives students practical tips for improving focus. We’ll cover:
- Goal Setting
- Procrastination
- Time Management
- Stress Management and Self-Care
In Focus will be offered in Spring 2023. It begins on Tuesday, February 7 and will also meet February 14, February 21, and February 28. All meetings are from 3 to 4:30 p.m. and will be held in ISR Conference Room A. Once you register, you'll receive information about the location.
