Celebrate Pride Month at LOVE FOR ALLerton on Friday, June 14 from 6 to 9 p.m. on the Gatehouse Lawn. The outdoor concert will feature the music of emily the band (6 p.m.) a three-piece queer girl group from Peoria, IL, and New York-based pop rock band Homeschool (7:30 p.m). The event opens up the Allerton Park Concert Series presented by Cim-Tek Filtration, with monthly concerts through Sept. 13.

Mack Glass will also hold Glassblowing Workshops from 5 to 8:30 p.m. Participants in these 20- to 30-minute workshops will make their own pendant, planter decoration or marble to take home after this introductory workshop. No prior experience is needed. Register for a time slot

Food will be available to purchase from these food trucks: Daro Coffee Co., La Paloma and Mamma D’s Smokehouse BBQ. In addition, the Greenhouse Cafè will be open until 6 p.m.
A cash bar will be available. Attendees may also bring their own food, but no outside alcohol is permitted.
$5/person or $10/family for the concert, payable upon arrival. Please bring lawn chairs or blankets.
