Dr. Rochelle Sennet is a renowned performer, teacher, and scholar, celebrated for her diverse recital programs featuring works by J.S. Bach and Black composers. She has won multiple prestigious awards and released her latest recording, “Bach to Black: Suites for Piano, Volume III,” in February 2024. Her earlier albums have received critical acclaim, and her performances have been broadcast internationally. As an educator, she has presented at numerous conferences and conducted masterclasses, including at the Tashkent State Conservatory in Uzbekistan. Dr. Sennet also serves as the inaugural Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the College of Fine and Applied Arts and has contributed articles to various media outlets. A Voting Member of The Recording Academy and a Yamaha Artist, she is a certified Music Teachers National Association Teacher of Music.
