What backgrounds and skills do your students bring into the classroom? The assumptions and choices we make as instructors about content influence student efficacy and their sense of belonging in the classroom. This interactive session provides tools for a student-centered approach to create a classroom environment that promotes self-efficacy and inclusivity. This session will delve into strategies and perspectives to create a welcoming learning community and environment.
