Advanced Organizational Leadership: ACUI Full Course from October 6 to November 17

This course, for mid-level professionals and above, focuses on the Organizational Leadership core competency. The course covers the Advanced and Expert columns of the Core Competency Rubric for this core competency. The registration deadline is September 29.

Professional Staff Leadership Academy Spring 2026 Cohort: Accepting Applications Until October 29, 2025

This prestigious leadership program is highly respected within the University of Illinois system. The program involves a selection process and application fee of $1,000. Applications are open from September 29 through October 29, 2025 for the Spring 2026 program.

Listening to Build Trust is designed to help foster healthy work relationships by improving listening skills. Survive, Thrive & Lead are peer-led highly interactive skills-building workshops tailored towards participants who supervise teams at Illinois. Content was developed in collaboration with NCPRE, Office of the Provost, and Illinois Human Resources.
