2:00 - 3:00 pm 4/29/2026Huff Hall, 1st Floor 1206 S. 4th St., ChampaignCollege of Applied Health Sciences (AHS) students who will be presenting at the Undergraduate Research Symposium have the opportunity to present their research to AHS faculty, staff, and students. The day before the Symposium students will display their research posters in Huff Hall and share their work with others in AHS.

Gregory Dr., UrbanaThe Undergraduate Research Showcase is a platform to share work completed by undergraduates working in IGB-affiliated laboratories. The event aims to host those currently involved and hoping to get involved with research, to build up undergraduate engagement in genomics research.

11:00 am - 2:00 pm 4/30/2026Illini Union, Room 104 1401 W. Green St., UrbanaStudents in Principles of Business Communication will be showcasing their research employing Human-Centered Design. These booths and presentations are a culmination of a semester-long partnership with Student Affairs partners to help serve Illini Union stakeholders better.

Daniel St., ChampaignAn annual, hands-on showcase of student-created games, design work, and research from the Games Studies and Design minor. Students present projects from the past year — many interactive — inviting audiences to play, explore, and participate in a lively celebration of game design.

Illinois St., UrbanaStudents from the Humanities Research Lab Courses, SPAN 232, "Spanish in the Community," led by Professor Ann Abbott, and ARCH 490, "A Sense of Where You Are," led by Professor Kathryn Holliday, will present and reflect on the community-engaged research they undertook as part of their course.

Matthews Ave., UrbanaThe Cancer Center at Illinois Undergraduate Poster Session showcases the research efforts of our undergraduate scholars engaged in cancer-focused research across disciplines. Students will present posters summarizing their projects and share insights from their lab experiences, highlighting their contributions to advancing cancer science and engineering.
