In honor of Indigenous Peoples' Day 2023, events will be held on campus from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The campus community can attend performances, lectures, and a community meal at the Spurlock Museum of World Cultures. There will also be a native-themed meal and a documentary and panel presentation at Illinois Street Residence Halls.

The Navratri commences on the first day (pratipada) of the bright fortnight of the lunar month of Ashwin.
