Join us for Maria Reva’s talk on the ethics of writing at times of war and a discussion of her groundbreaking artistic practices in response to the onset of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine in her new award-winning novel Endling (2025).

SPEAK stands for Song, Poetry, Art, and Knowledge. It is an open-mic public performance space at Krannert Art Museum curated by local artist, Shaya Robinson, featuring guest performers and welcoming all to the mic.

The Pause & Play Lounge is a time for students to relax, destress, and meet new people in a safe environment to play games. This is a time to have fun in a positive atmosphere and learn more about TJC & campus resources. The lounge is open to all students so stop by and enjoy!

Turn childhood photos or provided “ancestor” polaroids into meaningful art. No experience needed; all materials supplied. Bring a small childhood photo if you wish.

In Sept 1985, nearly 80,000 fans filled UIUC’s Memorial Stadium for the first Farm Aid, where 50+ artists raised awareness of the farm crisis. Join our curator for a guided tour of the exhibit marking Farm Aid’s 40th anniversary. Free admission; no registration required.

Join us for ATTACH ART SHOW highlighting artwork by area art students from Urbana, Central, and Centennial High Schools. The show will feature artwork inspired by artwork from the Krannert Art Museum. This art show is a collaboration between Champaign Unit 4 School District, Urbana School District 116, Champaign Urbana Schools Foundation, and Krannert Art Museum.
