All Day 11/2/2021 - 7/10/2022Spurlock Museum of World CulturesSewn in Memory: AIDS Quilt Panels from Central Illinois, at the Spurlock Museum of World Cultures, features over a dozen quilt panels originally made in the 1980s and early 1990s for the AIDS Memorial Quilt, in Washington, DC. Each of the panels commemorates a person who died of AIDS, or of an AIDS-related ailment.

All Day 2/25/2022 - 3/1/2022Ayyám-i-Há, or “Days of glory,” are devoted to spiritual preparation for the Fast, hospitality, charity and gift giving. They are celebrated during the four or five days (depending upon leap year) before the last month of the Bahá’í year.

All Day 3/1/2022Maha Shivratri is a Hindu festival in honor of Lord Shiva. The celebration involves all-night worship the night before, and fasting, payer, and vigil on the day of the festival. Some students or employees may request schedule adjustments in order to observe.
