Dr. Justin R. Garcia is an evolutionary biologist and sex researcher. He is executive director and senior scientist at the Kinsey Institute, Ruth N. Halls Professor in the College of Arts and Sciences, and adjunct professor of medicine at Indiana University, Bloomington.

This workshop introduces practical strategies for integrating experiential learning into courses across disciplines. *This workshop counts towards completion of any of CITL's Teaching Certificates. CITL's Master Course in Online Teaching (MCOT) is a deep dive into online teaching strategies that extends what was presented during previous teaching academies. Prior participation in an instructional development series is not required but professional experience with university level instruction is strongly encouraged.

This workshop introduces faculty to authentic assessment strategies that evaluate student learning through real-world applications rather than traditional exams. *This workshop counts towards completion of any of CITL's Teaching Certificates.
