We will schedule with the Scheduling Assistant, practice scheduling a conference room, and discuss scheduling Online Meetings, and discuss calendar permissions.

We have many options for scheduling online meetings these days. We will use Outlook for a central place to keep track of several kinds of online meetings and to make sure we have reminders. In this two-hour workshop, learn how to create and work with Access tables. We will create a table using application parts and from scratch. We will create a primary key and start entering data. We will work with fields in a table (adding, deleting, re-arranging and setting field properties). We will finish up by using lookup fields and calculated fields in a table.

This 1 & 1/2 hour in person session will begin by logging in to Teams training accounts. Next we will explore the Teams call interface, including contacts, contact groups, and Voicemail. We will take a look at call settings and then spend the rest of the time practicing making and receiving calls, transferring calls, placing calls on hold, and merging calls.
