Please join us for this half day conference, with an optional deep dive workshop on quantitative research design in the afternoon.

Attend this onsite workshop at NCSA to learn how to use OpenACC API compiler directives to quickly develop GPU-capable codes using standard languages and compilers. Knowledge of either C or Fortran programming is required. Hands-on exercises will use Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center’s Bridges-2 computing platform.

The retreat will bring together researchers and clinicians from Carle and the University of Illinois to exchange ideas and foster collaborations around conditions such as neuromuscular disorders, movement disorders, connective tissue disorders, stroke, metabolic disease and orthopedics.
