All Day 11/2/2021 - 7/10/2022Spurlock Museum of World CulturesSewn in Memory: AIDS Quilt Panels from Central Illinois, at the Spurlock Museum of World Cultures, features over a dozen quilt panels originally made in the 1980s and early 1990s for the AIDS Memorial Quilt, in Washington, DC. Each of the panels commemorates a person who died of AIDS, or of an AIDS-related ailment.

All Day 5/19/2022 - 6/6/2022UIUC Astronomy Building, 1002 W. Green St, Urbana, IL 61801Registration is now open for the UIUC Astronomy Department’s Girls’ Astronomy Summer Camp! This two-day camp for rising 10th and 11th graders focuses on hands-on astronomy projects, including working with real astronomy data and a tour of UIUC’s historic observatory. Registration is free, and the camp runs from June 21-22 from 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
