In this two-hour workshop, learn how to create and work with Access tables. We will create a table using application parts and from scratch. We will create a primary key and start entering data. We will work with fields in a table (adding, deleting, re-arranging and setting field properties). We will finish up by using lookup fields and calculated fields in a table.

These features make typical tabular manipulations—sorting, filtering, analyzing, and formatting, easier than ever. Topics will also include removing duplicate data; and applying professional-looking formatting.

In this 2-hour instructor led workshop we will explore the Visio interface and create graphics. Visio comes with diagram-specific shapes and tools that enable you to quickly create professional-looking flowcharts, organization charts, timelines, & more. We will learn how to create some basic shapes, and connect, distribute, and align them with Auto-connect.

This 1 & 1/2 hour in person session will begin by logging in to Teams training accounts. Next we will explore the Teams call interface, including contacts, contact groups, and Voicemail. In this two hour online workshop attendees will learn how to create and work with Access forms. We will create a new form using the form wizard and explore the layout view and the design view. We will learn how to modify the controls in the form as well as add new controls, including a calculated control and lookup control.

Topics include learning how to create a Pivot Table; rearrange and then format the data; set filters with Slicers and Timelines; and finally creating a Pivot Chart of the data in the Pivot Table.
