Project READ provides free tutoring to adult learners who seek to improve their basic reading, writing, math, and English skills. Help us support our adult learners by joining our community of volunteers. Regularly needed volunteer opportunity. 17 or older (with HS diploma or GED). Volunteer must provide own transportation. Other All tutoring locations are located on MTD

This fall we will be at both Champaign Church of Christ and Hope Center. Volunteers are needed to pack bags, unload deliveries and pick up and take bins to school. Volunteer activities will primarily be on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Join us for a Weekend Workday! We are a non-profit urban farm dedicated to producing high-quality produce, especially for those with limited food resources. Volunteers help provide basic farm maintenance so that we can grow the best veggies possible. Tasks differ, but may include weeding, mulching, or removing brush.

StreetFest: Chowdown in Campustown is a new public event in campustown featuring live music, vendors, and food. Volunteers will assist attendees, direct traffic, and setup tables, and remove trash
