Project READ provides free tutoring to adult learners who seek to improve their basic reading, writing, math, and English skills. Help us support our adult learners by joining our community of volunteers. Regularly needed volunteer opportunity. 17 or older (with HS diploma or GED). Volunteer must provide own transportation. Other All tutoring locations are located on MTD bus routes
Tutoring locations vary, but some of our regular tutoring options include:
- Mondays at the Urbana Free Library (210 W Green St, Urbana)
- Wednesdays at Parkland College (2400 W. Bradley Ave) in Room C134
- Fridays at Champaign Public Library (200 W Green St, Champaign)
- Online
- Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Martens Center (1515 N Market St, Champaign)
