This workshop introduces inclusive and constructive approaches to peer observation as a tool for professional growth and reflective teaching. Participants will learn strategies for giving and receiving feedback, fostering collaborative dialogue, and using observation frameworks that emphasize equity, student engagement, and inclusive pedagogy.
