This workshop aims to equip faculty with the skills to design and facilitate engaging group activities and classroom discussions. Participants will learn how to create a supportive environment that encourages open dialogue and critical thinking. The workshop will also explore strategies for handling sensitive and controversial topics, ensuring that discussions remain respectful and productive. By the end of the session, instructors will be better prepared to foster inclusive and dynamic classroom interactions that enhance student learning and engagement.
